Our Premium Plastic Bollards Recycled with a Steel Core are designed for durability and strength. Made entirely from hard-wearing plastic, these bollards incorporate plastic offcuts and other waste generated during manufacture, making them an eco-friendly choice.
We offer two models: a standard version sudirectstock.co.ukle for moderate traffic areas and an anti-ram model that features a 90x3mm steel tube core potted to a depth of 800mm, enhancing its resistance against high-speed collisions. This high-visibility bollard provides excellent protection for outdoor areas used by heavy vehicles, effectively preventing dangerous and costly collisions with walls and door frames.
Features and Benefits
- Manufactured from solid 100% recycled plastic with a diameter of 126mm.
- Overall height of 1000mm, with the standard potted to 400mm below the surface. The anti-ram model features the same dimensions but is potted to 550mm below the surface with bottom cross bracing set in concrete.
- Equipped with three 25mm wide grooves featuring a white reflective band for added visibility.
- Standard color is black, ensuring it fits seamlessly into various environments.
- The anti-ram model is specifically designed to provide maximum impact protection, making it ideal for high-risk areas.
Positioning Guidelines
- We recommend a maximum clearance of 1200mm between bollard centers and a minimum of 1200mm between the bollard and the surface to be protected.
- Typically, bollards should be positioned as a demarcation line between pedestrians and vehicles.
