Product Overview

The Heavy Duty Spill Pallet is engineered for the secure storage and handling of 2 or 4 x 205L drums. With a rigid, double-walled, chemical-resistant, and weather-tight construction, this pallet ensures optimal protection for hazardous materials. The design features easy access to drums from either side via two tough, flexible, ribbed shutters, allowing for single-side access to enhance safety during usage.

With ample headspace for rotary pumps and conical funnels, the pallet includes two side panels, each containing two storage compartments, complete with compartment covers provided as standard. Additionally, there are four recessed external side pockets for bolting the unit to the ground, ensuring added stability (bolts not included). For enhanced security, the unit can be padlocked using a long-shackle type, with an 80 mm vertical clearance recommended. The use of stainless steel fixings and a durable, removable platform boosts its longevity and usability.

Designed with compliance in mind, the sump capacity meets or exceeds European, UK, and US regulations for static spill containment. The pallet is compatible with most forklifts and pallet trucks (drums should be removed before lifting). Fully recyclable, chemical-resistant, and UV-stabilized, it provides a robust, sustainable solution for industrial and hazardous material storage.
