Product Overview

This Premium fast-drying, high-build road marking and delineation paint is suitable for a wide range of applications including roads, car parks, distribution centres, airports, and docks. Its unique formulation allows for quick drying times, enabling the area to be returned to service in no time.

The paint is toluene-free, making it a more environmentally friendly choice compared to traditional products, such as chlorinated rubber.

Available in 20kg tins, this high-performance paint can be applied using a roller, brush, or spray methods, offering versatility for various project needs.

Key Features:

  • Fast Drying - Quickly return the area to service!
  • Toluene-Free - Safer for you and the environment.
  • High Solids - Provides great coverage with exceptional opacity.
  • EnviraPac Liner - Contents are housed within a plastic liner for easy recycling of the tin after use.

Surface Preparation:

For optimal performance, the application surface should be sound and clean, free from grease, oil, rust, scale, dirt, or any other contaminants that could affect adhesion. When overcoating existing line markings, it is recommended to carry out test areas to ensure good adhesion and compatibility with the substrate.

For Tarmac (Weathered) - It is advisable to allow asphalt and similar surfaces to harden for up to 6 months before painting. Always conduct test trials on a small area first.

For Concrete and Other Cementitious Surfaces - This includes powerfloat, tamped, or brushed concrete, monoblocks, and pavers. Ensure the surface is clean and free from laitance. Appropriate preparation methods should be employed to ensure a clean and sound substrate before application.

Examples of suitable preparation methods include captive shot blasting, diamond grinding, scabbling, or planing. Attention to cleanliness and workmanship is critical, as any loose material, dust, or previous coatings could reduce adhesion of the new coating.

New concrete must be allowed to harden before coating; premature application can lead to product delamination due to curing processes and residual moisture content.
