Product Overview

The Premium Spill Pallet is designed for the safe storage and handling of 2 or 4 x 205L drums, offering rigid, double-walled, chemical-resistant, and weather-tight construction. It provides secure access to drums from either side via two tough, flexible, ribbed, easy-sliding shutters, ensuring only one side is accessed at a time. This makes it ideal for chemical storage, drum dispensing, and hazardous waste collection.

The pallet features ample headspace for rotary pumps and conical funnels, with two side panels each containing two storage compartments (with two compartment covers supplied as standard). Four recessed external side pockets allow for bolting the unit to the ground for added stability (bolts not supplied). For security, it can be padlocked using a long-shackle type, with 80 mm vertical clearance recommended. Stainless steel fixings and a durable, removable platform enhance longevity and usability.

Designed with compliance in mind, the sump capacity meets or exceeds European, UK, and US regulations for static spill containment. The pallet is compatible with most forklifts and pallet trucks (drums should be removed before lifting). Fully recyclable, chemical-resistant, and UV-stabilized, it provides a robust, sustainable solution for industrial and hazardous material storage.
