Recycled Plastic Bollard EV Charger Protection
This Premium recycled plastic bollard is crafted from durable plastic, incorporating offcuts and waste generated during manufacture. It is designed to provide robust protection for EV charging stations and other outdoor areas frequented by heavy vehicles.
We offer two versions: a standard model suited for moderate traffic areas and an anti-ram model featuring a 90x3mm steel tube core potted to a depth of 800mm. This enhances its strength and resistance against high-speed collisions, making it ideal for vulnerable hot spots.
Perfect for EV charger point protection, these bollards can be strategically placed on either side of a door or shutter to prevent costly accidents with walls and door frames.
Standard and Optional Features
- Manufactured from solid 100% recycled plastic with a diameter of 126mm
- Overall height of 1000mm, with the standard model potted to 400mm below the surface. The High Impact anti-ram model shares the same dimensions but is potted to 550mm below the surface with bottom cross bracing set in concrete for added stability
- Features three 25mm wide grooves with a white "Diamond Grade" reflective band for enhanced visibility
- Standard color is black
- The anti-ram model is specifically designed for maximum impact protection
Positioning Guidelines
- Maintain a maximum clearance of 1200mm between bollard centers and a minimum of 1200mm between the bollard and the surface to be protected.
