Most plastic railing systems require that the posts be anchored with steel plates that have welded studs. To ensure the necessary stability, steel components are installed internally within the posts. Our innovative solution is a hybrid railing system that merges the benefits of steel and plastic, utilizing resilient steel posts alongside equally flexible polypropylene (PP) lateral rails.
The posts are fitted with patented polyurethane (PU) pads, which enable them to deflect up to a maximum angle of 10° (approximately 17.5 cm), thereby minimizing the forces transmitted from the post to the floor. The lateral rails are constructed from a high-grade polypropylene (PP) known for its exceptional resistance to impact stresses. This entire assembly serves to safeguard personnel, vehicles, and property while also decreasing the likelihood of floor repair costs.
These features culminate in a striking black and yellow heavy-duty railing system that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
